2006-Present: After retiring in a unique opportunity with the DISNEY INSTITUTE Lee was featured in the Executive Speaker Series speaking and conducting seminars on behalf of the DISNEY INSTITUTE for organizations world-wide on the subjects of Leadership, Management and Customer Service. Lee draws his material from his three books, CREATING MAGIC... 10 Common Sense Leadership Strategies from a Life at Disney. The Customer Rules and Time Management Magic. Lee also was the creator of Disney Great Leader Strategies which were used to train and develop the seven thousand managers at the Walt Disney World® Resort.
1997-2006: Executive Vice President for all of Walt Disney World Operations.
1995-1997: Senior Vice President of The Walt Disney World® Resort for all operations including the resort hotels, four theme parks, five golf course, two water parks, Disney Springs retail and entertainment district and the ESPN Sports Complex in addition to all of the ancillary operations supporting the number on vacation destination in the world.
1993-1995: Senior Vice President of the hotel division, Walt Disney World Resorts.
1992-1993: Vice President Resort Hotels Operation, Disneyland Paris.
1990-1992: Director of Food and Beverage and Quality Control, Disneyland Paris Hotels.
