Brad Rex is the CEO of TBRG, LLC, a general management and hospitality consulting company with expertise in new business development, business turnaround and growth, guest service enhancement, cost reduction and labor management. Brad has 25 years of corporate experience, with 15 years in the hospitality industry, including the Walt Disney Company and Hilton Hotels. Brad led Disney's Epcot theme park for six years, through the aftermath of 9/11 and a major expansion period, and was the EVP, Chief Customer Officer for Hilton Grand Vacations, the vacation ownership division of Hilton. He led strategic and financial planning for Walt Disney Parks and Resorts for six years, as well as the Business Development team that negotiated Hong Kong Disneyland.
