There’s something valuable to learn from every interaction. The 9th Creating Magic Mastermind was another success. It is always a pleasuring hosting these events along with Jody Maberry. Let me tell you, they are an incredible experience. Just when I think I’ve seen it all, I’m still blown away by the unique experiences and perspectives everyone brings to the table.
This time, we had an eclectic mix, including three doctors, a stand-up comedian, and professionals from various industries. Unexpectedly, our emergency room doctors were picking up tips from a comedian, and our comedian was getting business advice from someone who owns a title company. It’s amazing to see the connections and solutions that emerge when different perspectives come together.
It doesn’t matter what stage you’re at in your career or what profession you’re in. We had a 25-year-old just starting his journey, offering valuable insights to experienced CEOs and GMs. And guess what? Everyone walked away with something significant to apply to their lives and businesses. If you ever find yourself in a room full of diverse minds, embrace it. Listen and let everyone’s voice be heard. You’ll be surprised how much you can learn and achieve together. We’ve done nine of these, and I feel like I learn something new every single time.
