  2. Wonder what Lee thinks about where part of a performance review the employee is told, and shown on paper, how much they actually cost the company.

  3. I would not think much of telling someone what they cost. Great performers are worth more than it cost to get them. They are not a commodity after all…That is like telling your kids how much they cost you to have around
